Live-In Caregiver

We are looking for Live-in Caregivers who are committed to helping our community's future by providing care for children and youth who come from diverse backgrounds and experiences. We are looking for people who believe in, and are committed to, providing a nurturing environment that promotes the well-being of children and youth in a manner that they feel safe, secure, and supported in achieving their successes. Live-in Caregivers provide care in homes provided by the Society.
Supports are provide to ensure the needs of children are met, while encouraging them to have choice in their lives and in their care.
Live-in Caregiving has its challenges. Experienced staff are committed to providing help every step of the way with 24/7 on-call support.
There is mandatory and trauma-informed training by our SPRING Program to guide and support in this important work.
With live-in homes a substantial tax-free per diem is provided.
There is a thorough screening process for all interested applicants. For those who are approved, there is also a comprehensive training plan that includes mandatory and trauma-informed training by our SPRING Program.
