Helen owns a consulting business, Neutral 3rd: Conflict Management for the Workplace. With over twenty-five years’ experience in the field of human resource management, labour relations, and conflict management, Helen is able to facilitate understanding and move issues towards resolutions and change.  Helen’s consulting experience includes work in mediation, facilitation, work place restoration, conflict coaching, and training. Helen received a Bachelor of Arts Degree at Lakehead University, and is Conflict Resolution Certified in Mediation.
