Jim is a retired Business Manager for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. During his employment he was responsible for all negotiations at Thunder Bay Telephone and Thunder Bay Hydro, including grievances and WSIB cases. He served on the Ontario Utility Safety Association, Thunder Bay International Airport Authority, and was a founding member of the Thunder Bay Economic Development Commission. He is certified in dispute resolution and mediation.
